Job description
1. Operation manager required with minimum 2 years of experience in role of managing branch operations
2. Need to take care of managing renewal and collections for customer
3. Retain customers
4. Time to time perform the quality check
5. Follow up with sales team for the newly logged complain
6. Regularly checking on banking in terms of cash and Cheques
7. Need to review customer complain and provide the solution instantly
8. Create multiple reports and MIS
9. Time to time perform the follow and maintain the data up to date condition
10. Excellent communication skill
11. Good in interaction with customer

Graduate from recognized university
MBA/PGDBA from recognized university
