Job Description

Wipro is currently looking for the Tele-caller for one of its Government project. Interested candidate can explore the Job description in detail before appearing for interview.

1. 5 days a week work.
2. Candidate will be hire on Wipro payroll.
3. Initially candidate will be offered salary – 14,000 P.M

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Candidate has to provide the helpdesk support and need to provide the solution.
2. Need to work actively on user query.
3. Candidate need to be good in monitoring and responding.
4. Candidate has to raise the unsolved query to the next level.
5. He/She has to track the problem and forward it to the right person/department.
6. Candidate has to work on the software where they have to maintain the complete record relating to user’s query. This is like tracking software.
7. Need to maintain the proper documentation using Microsoft Office product.
8. Candidate need to be good in Hindi.

Key skills set required
Telecaller, fron desk executive, tele calling, BPO, domestic BPO, voice process.

Education/Qualification: Graduate from any discipline are welcomed.
